What's the #1 thing everyone in the world wants?

I believe that the answer, quite simply, is:

MORE.

  • They want more happiness.
  • They want more security.
  • They want more passion in our relationships.
  • They want more money. More energy. More productivity. More meaning.
  • Everyone wants more of the good things that life has to offer, right?

Well, to get more of that we need to have a healthy mind and nourishing mental health practices.

It’s not easy. And most people are struggling more than they have to in this area of Mental Wellness.

Even though you may have big goals and dreams, most people today are drowning in stress, overwhelm and uncertainty; not helped of course by the recent pandemic and global drama.

The sad thing is that if we don’t figure out a way to turn it around, it will just get worse! Not only will we fail to accomplish our goals, dreams and aspirations, but we'll simply be left behind as other distance themselves from us compounding the situation and a slippery slope into further mental negativity and dissonance - Life sucks!

I've been there too...

My journey started in 2005 when I was hit by a drunk driver, my car spun and rolled twice fracturing my skull (needing 23 stitches in my head), fracturing my shoulder blade, collar bone and knee. I was banged up pretty bad… In the subsequent months I had a huge increase in worry and anxiety as I struggled to be in control of my thoughts and mental wellbeing.

I found I was being consumed by worry and anxiety and full of “what ifs”, paralysing me from moving forward in life.

That led me on a journey to improve my own life, find passion again in my work, my family and my friendships. I got myself a professional coach and over the next decade studying Professional  Kinesiology, Energy Physiology, High Performance, Dietary and Nutritional science and Coaching to Mastery level.

Now, not only do I live by these techniques, and continue to work on improving my own levels of performance, I coach other people to do the same.
