A bit about me...
I have been a professional leadership and executive coach running my own business since 2007 and coaching for over 3 decades, transforming the lives of those at the top of organisations to be more authentic and impactful in their leadership.
My first coach training programme was in the UK, with Sir John Whitmore (founder of the GROW Model) in 1995. That led me on a journey to improve my own life, find passion again in my work, my family and my friendships. I got myself a professional coach and over the next couple of decades studied Professional Kinesiology, Energy Physiology, Learning Enhancement, Dietary and Nutritional science, High Performance and Co-Active Coaching to Mastery level.
Today, as a faculty leader for the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) Globally, having trained thousands of people to become professional coaches. I am also a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF); Kinesiopractor® and faculty member of the International College of Professional Kinesiology Practice (ICPKP).
I have realised over the years that people are really challenged by asking Powerful Questions, they get stuck in their own head, trying to ask the 'right" one, in turn disconnecting from the other person. That is why I have created this 120 Powerful Question Card deck to be of service to you and support you asking Powerful Questions and creating more impactful relationships with those that matter most in your life.
